To those of you participating in this Mock DEI webinar, we are meeting TODAY to record it. If you recall, we agreed it doesn't matter if we fumble a bit because we will be able to edit out mistakes/bloopers, but we need to get it done before reality eclipses our imaginary situation, and that looks likely to be soon.
I think we said we'd meet at 5:00 PM Eastern today to do it, but if I'm remembering wrong, please message me ASAP! I was hoping to get it done before the general Zoom call at 6:00, but if that won't work for y'all, we need to find a workaround.
If anyone else wants to join us to just be a face in the crowd, so-to-speak, that would be great! The more faces the better, even if only a few speak because that's more realistic anyway. People are showing up to these things by the dozens, but only one or two people come forward to speak out. Facial expressions work just fine.
Also, if you had edits to make to the SCRIPT, please make those TODAY so the rest of us have some time to see them and read through them before recording.
I will be recording the session/screen using ScreenFlow, so I'll need some to record the Zoom itself so we have two sets of video to edit together from different points of view.
Leaving this open to all members, and putting a DIFFERENT Zoom link than I use for our supporter Zoom for this purpose.
