Next time someone from School Choice, Inc. tries to sell you their only solution: School Choice™️ claiming it's a "step in the right direction" towards education liberty, consider this: we have never had as much momentum WITH parents and students as we have now. In the govt monopoly's entire history, we have never seen so many dissatisfied (downright enraged) parents, not have we ever had so much evidence of govt malfeasance and mendacity, across all institutions they control via coerced funding, subsidies, regulations and "oversight." With School Choice™️ you get all of the above, a veritable smorgasbord of govt's greatest hits (pun intended).
You have choice NOW, what you lack is liberty from their coercion and intrusion, and since we know they're using it quite literally to pick individual winners and losers in the game of LIFE (see SEL surveys and data mining), largely on behalf of big money donors and globalist NGOs, there is no reason to believe they'll pass up the opportunity School Choice™️ presents to increase their power via more of the same in private education.
That's if you believe it's all well-intentioned to start with when politicians embrace the idea, which I don't, but you don't even have to agree with me there to be very skeptical, even wary.
If you want liberty, take it. Live it. Use the choices you have and become one of the many they can't coerce, and have less leverage over.
