Many of you have been asking for more long-form pieces, and I agree, they need to happy. Others have asked for a podcast, rather than just videos, and I agree that needs to happen too.
SO, to respond to both requests, I've started a Substack because I'll be able to publish audio, video and text files in one place, and have the audio automatically feed tot he podcast apps. Glenn Loury does this, and I thought I'd follow his lead.
I will still be publishing here, and doing my live broadcasts here as well, but the features allowing me to produce that content and share it instantly across other platforms, make a lot of sense to me.
So all the homeschooling content will live here, and the Zoom meetings will still be for Locals members only, as will the two weekly livestreams. This is also the place where you, the community, can share with each other (something Substack doesn't really have), and where I'll post readings and links and other content I think you need to see b/c of your interest in education.
Substack will be the place for the in-depth stuff.
I know you can't subscribe to all the things, but if you're considering your options, I hope you'll add my substack as one of them!
